This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, indoor swimming pool, and non-smoking rooms. The staff even helped me find my way to an important location on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I'll definitely come back for a weekend!

The room that I stayed in was supposed to accommodate three people, yet it was inadequately stocked with bedding and towels. The unpleasant odor in the bathroom and the quality of the pullout couch further added to my disappointing experience.

I really enjoyed my stay with a fantastic hotel staff that made my experience much more pleasant, especially since I was in town on short notice for a family event, and the location offered a quick walk to Hardy Park and the Aquatarium, which were perfect spots for a nice stroll during my free time.

this stay was almost comical. the toilet in my room was plugged, how original, and what’s with the $250 deposit? as if I’m here to cause damages! I was hoping for an upgrade given the trouble, but no such luck. just could not bring myself to give a good review, sorry.

The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We were also allowed to bring our medium size dog for $15 extra, which was really helpful to us.

My kids wished for more time in the pool since it closed early.
